Is there a minimum order?
Tell us what you need and we'll let you know if it makes sense. Small trial orders are welcome, so you can test our process before ordering more.
What can't you buy for me?
We don't buy counterfeit or replica branded goods, or any items that are prohibited for export from China or import into your country.
What happens if an item is damaged or wrong?
We check items when they arrive. If something is wrong, we show you the photos and contact the seller to arrange a return or exchange where possible, before anything ships to you.
Which countries do you ship to?
Send us your destination and we'll check the available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times with our forwarders.
How do I pay?
