Guide

What to know before your first order: what to send us, how shipping is priced, and what to expect at customs.

Sending us a good request

The more precise your request, the faster and more accurate your quote. For each item, include:

  • The 1688 or Taobao link, or clear photos if you don't have one.
  • Color, size or model, and quantity. A screenshot of the exact option avoids mistakes.
  • Your destination country, and any deadline we should know about.

Shipping options

We work with freight forwarders and choose the route with you. Two options are available:

International express

Door-to-door couriers such as DHL, FedEx or UPS. The fastest option and the simplest for most orders. Priced by chargeable weight.

Sea freight

For large or heavy shipments. Priced by volume or weight and much cheaper per kilo, but it takes several weeks. We confirm the transit time on your quote.

How chargeable weight works

Express couriers charge whichever is higher: the actual weight, or the volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000). Large, light boxes cost more than their weight suggests, which is why removing unneeded packaging can lower your shipping cost.

Estimate only. Most express couriers divide by 5000; we confirm the exact rule and price on your quote.

Ship for me (forwarding)

Already bought from Chinese sellers yourself? Use our warehouse as your delivery address in China.

  1. Contact us to get our warehouse address and your customer code.
  2. Ask each seller to write your customer code on the parcel.
  3. We receive and check your parcels, then consolidate and ship them like any other order. Storage is free for 30 days after the last parcel arrives.

Customs and import taxes

You are the importer, so duties and taxes in your country are your responsibility. Express couriers usually collect them before delivery and may add a handling fee. We declare every parcel truthfully based on what you bought.

Recent changes (checked October 2026). Rules change often, so confirm with your customs authority.

  • European Union: import VAT applies to every parcel. Since 1 July 2026, parcels worth €150 or less also pay a flat €3 customs duty per item type, expected to apply until July 2028.
  • United Kingdom: import VAT applies. Customs duty is currently not charged on parcels worth £135 or less; the government plans to end this relief by March 2029.
  • United States: the $800 duty-free allowance has been suspended for all countries since 29 August 2025, so every parcel pays the applicable duties, including extra tariffs on goods made in China.
  • Brazil: the zero import tax on purchases up to US$50 only applies to platforms certified under Remessa Conforme. Parcels sent by agents like us are taxed under the standard rules: 60% import tax plus state ICMS.
  • Other countries: tell us your destination and we'll check the rules with our forwarders before you pay for shipping.

Items we can't ship

Couriers and customs restrict many products. The following are usually refused, or only accepted on some routes: batteries and devices with built-in batteries, liquids, creams and powders, magnets, flammable or pressurized items (aerosols, lighters, perfume), food and medicines, plants and seeds. We never ship counterfeit goods. Send us the link and we'll tell you before you pay.
